Overview
A coffee roastery that brings out the perfect flavor. The identity is inspired by the characters and moments that make us feel safe, and give us the courage to face the world.
The concept
Palate is a coffee roastery. It creates the right flavor, aroma and texture for the coffee served by cafés and used in other products.
The concept is about everyday heroes. When we are small and afraid, we find a teddy bear or a pet to share that feeling with. Next to them, we feel powerful enough to make big decisions, even when we are small and defenseless.
That is where Frogo and Salem come from. Frogo is a frog; Salem is a black cat. Together they go on adventures around the coffee, the product and the service, as an essential part of the hero that lives at the core of Palate.
Today Palate also runs a coffee bar inside a government office in Sharjah.
